            5:45am- Meet at School

            6:00am- Leave for Clay High School

            8:00am- Arrive at Clay High School

            9:00am – Weigh-ins ( Scratch +3)

            12:00pm- Wrestling begins

            Weigh –outs- After 145 of last round ( scratch + 4)

Saturday January 17^th

            8:00am wake-up call

            8:30am- Leave hotel

            10:00am- Wrestling Begins

            TBA- Finals

What to bring-

Multiple singlets, headgear, mouth guard, wrestling shoes, warm-up clothes, Shower supplies, Change of clothes for dinner and ride home, extra money for food and t-shirts, food to eat during the day.   

We will have dinner before the finals on Saturday that the coaches will cover.   All other meals are on the wrestlers.
