5:45 am- Meet at the wrestling room
6:00 am- Bus Leaves
8:00 am - Weigh Ins
10:00 am- Wrestling Begins
Wrestling should be over around 6:00 pm
Should arrive back to Medina between 8:00-9:00
What to bring-
- Singlets, wrestling shoes, headgear, mouthpiece
- change of clothes
- shower supplies- towel, shampoo, soap
- food for after weigh-ins
- Make sure- finger nails are clipped and that you have shaved
- Pillow and blanket for the bus
