- 7:45am - meet at the wrestling room
- 8:00am- Bus Leaves
- 9:00 am- Coaches Meeting
- 10:00 am- Wrestling Begins
- Wrestlers will be paired up in pools and will get 3 matches
- Wrestling should be done around 3:00-4:00. We should be back to Medina between 4:00-5:00
- What to Bring
- Wrestling Singlet, wrestling shoes, headgear, mouthpiece (braces), Warm-up top and bottoms
- Change of clothes
- Shower supplies- Towel, soap, shampoo
- food for the day
